Last updated: May 27, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using Shotpeek you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

Shotpeek uses AI to suggest which movie, TV show, or anime a clip belongs to. Results are best-effort and may be wrong. Don't rely on Shotpeek for anything mission- critical.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to clips you upload. You grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process your upload solely to return an identification result. You agree you have the legal right to upload the clip and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or violate any law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload sexual content involving minors, or any other illegal content.
  • Use the service to harass, dox, or violate anyone's privacy.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
  • Resell or repackage Shotpeek's output as your own product.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

5. Intellectual property

Shotpeek's name, branding, code, and design are ours. Movie titles, posters, and metadata belong to their respective rights holders and are displayed for informational purposes only.

6. Disclaimer

SHOTPEEK IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI RESULTS MAY BE INACCURATE.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shotpeek and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) USD $50.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
